This venture utilises our expertise in identifying sites and securing planning consent.
Through
Liberty Land, we have expertise in promoting residential sites through
both the Local Plan process and also by direct planning applications.
We
work in close partnership with Land Owners, on a transparent and open
book basis, where we bear the risk and cost and by utilising our
expertise, securing planning consent, remitting the vast majority of
proceeds to our Land Owner Partners.
We now have sites aggregating to some 125 acres, where we are working in partnership with Land Owners, to release latent value.
Site areas range from 2.5 acres to masterplanning land in the order of 50 acres.
We have a dedicated team of in-house and fully retained consultants, ranging from :

- Highway Consultants
- Engineers
- Service Consultants
- Project Managers
- Ecologists
