Development Overview

Liberty acquired the former Cheshire Constabulary Headquarters building and St Martin’s Lodge, which was the home of the architect, Thomas Harrison, who designed the Grosvenor Bridge. Liberty secured detailed consent to refurbish this listed building and provide a contemporary extension.

The building was then sold to local pub operator, Brunning & Price, for what is now known as “The Architect”.
